Individuals join the WeServe janitorial and maintenance crew, working for companies in the Great Lakes Bay region.

Individuals do important and necessary work for local or regional manufacturers alongside individuals who do not have disabilities. They are trained to meet the requirements and productivity standards established by the companies they work for.

Working for WeCycle, participants learn about and participate in electronic, paper and cardboard and metal recycling in the Arnold Center’s full-service recycling business.

Individuals who are interested in plants and agriculture can work in our sustainable, indoor garden at Arnold Farms. The hydroponic farm offers opportunities to learn about and take part in controlled environment agriculture.

Great food is made by participants in Good Kitchen as they learn about and practice the many skills needed in the foodservice industry, including ServSafe certification. They provide lunch for people at the Arnold Center and provide food from a catering menu at local events.
