Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based intervention that uses the principles of behavior to teach individuals with ASD new skills so they can replace challenging behaviors.

Behavior Analysts trained in ABA focus on determining the function of behavior. With that understanding, they can design individualized interventions that help participants learn functionally equivalent and socially appropriate behaviors.

RBT/BT:

Our RBTs and BTs are a vital part of our team; you'll work directly with clients implementing individualized treatment plans, support skill development, and help individuals with ASD succeed across daily activities and environments.

BCBA/BCaBA/QBHP:

Our BCBAs/BCaBAs/QBHPs play a critical role in delivering high quality ABA therapy. Clinicians in this role lead assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and collaboration with families and team members.

We are committed to professional development and are proud to support clinicians at all stages of their career. Arnold Center ABA Services offers supervised fieldwork hours to those who are pursuing a BCaBA or BCBA.
