The Arnold Center is very excited to announce the opening of its year-round Auction House. For the Arnold Center, an organizational leader in the development of jobs for those we serve, this innovative venture will provide our participants with opportunities to learn new skills and participate in various aspects of the estate clean out process as well as the auction experience.
Consistent with the fundamental purpose of our Access Midland and Gladwin County Connection programs a variety of skill building areas will be available to the persons we serve. These include, but certainly not limited to, preparing estates for auction, packing and shipping, auction clerking, customer relations, internet clerking, auction ring person, etc.

Whether you have an individual piece or an entire collection to consign, a business to liquidate, or an estate to clean out, our year-round auction house will meet your needs. We aim to maximize the market price of items sold for our customers by exploring viable markets, including live and internet auctions, and adapting our sales methods accordingly. You name it, we can sell it! Bring us your furniture, household items, antiques, collectibles, vehicles, sporting goods, tools, garage items, artwork, coins, and jewelry!
Our Auction House Facilities
Located at the Arnold Center's Midland location (400 Wexford, Midland, MI 48640), our indoor facilities seat over 200 buyers and provide an excellent venue for year-round auctions and events. Food concessions are available on site as well.
The Arnold Center is not only dedicated to maximizing the value of your assets, but also to assisting you through every aspect of the selling process. If you're moving, downsizing, or settling a friend or relative's estate, you may be facing what seems to be the daunting task of sorting, packing, and disposing of items, whether by donation or sale. Let us do that work for you! We have experienced individuals who can assist in every aspect of the process, including sorting, packing items, determining the best avenue for each item's marketability, delivering auction items to the auction house, and even cleaning homes in preparation for new tenants.
